THE 77th HARTS RANGE RACES & BUSH SPORTS WEEKEND

Held annually at the Harts Range Racecourse, set in the majestic East MacDonnell ranges area, is the ‘Harts Range Races’. The NT August Picnic Races Public Holiday stem from this 76-year tradition started at the Harts Range Racecourse, 215km East of Alice Springs on the Plenty Highway.

Dates for the upcoming 2024 races:
Friday to Monday: 2nd – 5th August 2024

Gates open to the public on Friday 2nd August from 10:00am

Red Centre Campdraft – This event will start prior to our event on the Tuesday 30th July through until the Friday.

EFTPOS is the preferred payment method at the Gate, Canteen, Merchandise and Tote sheds, however as mobile reception is not always stable, please bring cash along as a backup.
